Improving  experience with Service Design

I have been driving forward Service Design as a work stream within NatWest.

 

A methodology which assesses a service from start to finish looking at people, infrastructure, communication and material components of a service to add value through improving customer interactions and experience.

Redefining a Platform experience

A long-term agile project focused on updating the eCommerce platform bluCommerce. This UX and design project concentrates on improving user experience, creating an intuitive UI built on a streamlined system.

Vodafone

UX and design project for Vodafone. 

Creation of a loyalty system to encourage existing customers to refer friends and family to Vodafone in exchange for rewards. The project resulted in an administration/customer services platform, a customer-facing microsite and a suite of campaign emails.
